As if u didnt see my definition of independence. Legislature is technically independent dats wat we need in the judiciary. It is an arm of govt and shdnt be relegated to the decision of the executive. There are many preocedural errors in our setting.

Dats y govt is made up of 3 arms. But the checks and balances frm Executive to Judiciary is overwhelming. If the Judiary for eg sends 3 names as Chief Judge nominees for the executive to choose one den its better same with the constitution of judges.
