I am not displeased, I was never on the group get your facts right but it good you do not work at cross purpose, it WhatsApp group was not monopolised, before you speak, write or type ensure you get your facts right.

So sorry. I actually assumed there was no response from anyone. I just checked this morning and saw a response some days after the interview and it was very accurate. The interview had three stages; the first part was written, we were asked to write a detailed lesson note on any topic of our choice, to write on Nigeria's standard of education and to write what's unique about yourself. The next part, also written was a Mathematics exam, objective and theory(not hard) and an English exam, objective and then letter writing. I was then called for the oral interview which was a four-man panel. The questions they asked were: let us meet you and then other questions relating to my subject area. I think I did okay, being my first interview ever.
However, because I'm still a youth Corp member they said they couldn't employ me immediately, but asked for my passing out date and that they would get back to me next month where I would be a working as a class assistant in the nursery level and would be trained for a year before I can move to the primary level. I don't think they accept B. Ed graduates for their secondary level it seems you must have a masters in education from what I heard. That's it. quote author=Sunnypar post=38260029]

Another thing that also helped me which they commented on was my appearance and my spoken English. So I think it's important that we dress really well and ensure that we use the right tenses and all that's necessary when speaking during an interview.

That's a biggie for you guys! But you guys must be careful to not abuse it so that you don't lose the privilege.
A popular school in Ipaja once allowed this, but the privilege was withdrawn when the proprietress' son took over.
The school is now a shadow of its former self.
