no its not,, dts y we have court hierarchy of the NLS..we have the supreme court wich is d highest court in nigeria..
the jurisdicition of the high court is original and appellate.. dey cn try criminal matters.. d constitution is supreme and is sovereign

d high court can overule d decision of the icb.. buh one high court cannot overule d decision of anoda high court since dey re brother courts,dt is an abuse of court process
