It happened alredy na, as saraki av gone to high court alredy, in dis scenario, the high court decision will overule that of the CCB

And u think the high court can overrule CCT? I taught they are courts of equal jurisdiction. Appeals from CCT dont go to the high court rather it goes directly to the Appeal court. I think only the Supreme court can interprete the intricacies surrounding whether high court and CCT are courts of equal jurisdiction. That is the ground at which the CCB continued hearing and did not stay hearing .

He first went to the high court to get an ex parte order to restrain CCT from hearing but the high court gave only a prayer for both CCB and CCT to appear on Monday and show course while he shoudn't grant that order . The CCT then on Friday said the High court can't summon dem cos they are courts of equal jurisdiction so they issued a bench warrant to Police to arrest the accused and provide him on Monday. Then, the accused hurriedly rushed to file a motion on Appeal court to restrian CCT and Police from implementing the arrest but Appeal court on Monday adjourned for Sept 29th for the both parties to appear. Dats y he had no choice than to come cos another bench warrant was issued on Monday for his arrest. Mobi18 shebi?
