. You better go to Lagos if u need a land with opportunities. Abuja has nothing to offer you and your engineering degree.
Also houses are very expensive in abuja especially the ones close to the municipal area. Personally I paid 250k for where I stay in kubwa,work in garki n trust me that's like the cheapest you can get for a sweet selfcon like mine.
