always get your self something doing that you Will keep you busy , don't always stay alone, go out there and meet your friends atleast with this you will get a little bit revive ... If you have tried all the tryable and the symptom still persist you can delete all delete his contacts, if you have his pix try and remove and also try and remove all those things that will make you remember him... And lastly don't put pressure on yourself about entering into relationship for now until you are fully settle and always make your self to understand he dump you or left you for a reason for you to find someone better than him  3 Likes |

Its easy. Sparklefresh, Think of that one thing he did to you that you hate the most when ever thoughts of him come to your mind.. it will help you forget him and also get busy with other things you enjoy doing.. last but not the least, remember you had a happy life before you met him, so that should keep you going |

The very one question none of u refused to ask this girl is why dey broke up. Only then, will u give her advices on how to go on without him. If she cheated on the guy and later realized her mistakes and is feeling bad for her actions, it will be hard to forget him especially if the guy has been good to her. |
