Praise the Lord , finally Got the email from the embassy and will be going to pick it up this friday as they say they wont be going for holiday. want to use this opportunity to thank the good people of Nairaland for their good advice and words of encouragement through out my trying times, though i viewed from afar and also recently knew the of forum just last month. By Gods grace i will be leaving Naija 2nd of next month to thuringia but i would like to know if any one in the house is around this state, i will be very glad if anyone is. also to all Visa hopefuls, hang on there God is working in the background and very soon it will suffice. in my case it took 6 weeks to hear from the embassy. 11 Likes |

My transcript got to 2013/2014 session but when I got my notification of result it was on 2012/2013 session I think this is a mistake on the person probably that typed the notification of result and I want to apply to a university in Germany pls can I apply with it that way? Won't there be any problem since I think they'll call the school to confirm. Thanks in anticipation of Ur answers. |

Wrong decision. Who advised you to resign from your place of work when you are not yet sure of visa? I waited until visa was granted went to pick it up. Went back again to check my passport containing my visa where I kept it the following day to make sure I wasn't having a goddamn pipe dream before I submitted my resignation letter. Some people here did not even resigned immediately after picking up their visas. They waited until flight ticket and PTA money are complete before they resigned from their place of work. Well, there is nothing that God cannot do. He will surely make a way for you. We'll continue to remember you in prayers. Anvicola: |

AZUH: 5k euro in naija 3k euro in Germany...u forgot shippin and clearing...abi d bus teleport come naija...Oga if u cant convince us here u cant convince any V.O... Honestly your desperation is sickening.....when I saw by all means ..I had to look thru my window if euro bills has started dropping from the sky. I will advise you to keep ur application fee and use to buy enough data...to me your aim is not clear....from biz now conference..and if quizzed u will break...I can tell that from a 1000miles.... Grow ur biz and try later. Thanks 4 Likes |

Anvicola: What you need to work on is the ease at which you throw in the towel...Life is tough u ve to be tough to survive..To me you have no problem the only challenge u have is the 8k euros simple... there is nothin to imagine there, I wrote the test too in 2014, same with the guy who did his interview with me ...the outcome of the test is for the embassy in naija, if it is successful you documents will be forwarded to the auslanderbehorde in germany if not, they ask you to come get ur stuff ..if thats the case you can always appeal on grounds that you were not prepared for the test and all that, my friend did that and will be graduating soon. I know its hard for you now..but my advise is look for the 8k and worryless abt the test or the interview and also try to grow some skin baba life is tough coming to Germany wont make it any easier.. all the best Man 3 Likes |

AZUH:Huh?? Why are u this desperate? How many cars do u wish to buy? At least 300 I would assume. Don't forget that you have to ship them here. And then clearance comes in. What if something goes wrong? How many thousand euros will u lose then? And from what I've read, u are beginning business. If u were a serious business man there is no way u wouldn't have been rejected at the the French Embassy. Unfortunately you cannot convince ur fellow Nigerians that up are a genuine businessman cause u have no strategy or proper reason to go to Germany. U want to go to Germany every month? For what ? That 2000 u want to save u want to spend it on flight tickets and hotel every month? Or what kind of trade takes u to Germany every month? Guy package the story well, come back here when u have more data, and then explain to us what's really going on. Then we can find ways to help. By the way this is a thread mostly about student visas. Instead of going to Germany every month for no reason, using just finished NYSC. Apply for u masters and then go to Germany to send the cars down and study at the same time. Look for a manager in naija to run ur business when u aren't here. I think it's a better plan. And u get a cert out of it too. How do u expect to convince the VO? I'm sorry, but I don't think up can go to Europe this year. Try next year . 5 Likes |

House I am sorry. I am a business man. I have bought more than 16 buses. I went to france embassy as a civil servant through the help of an agent. I am not just starting the biz. It's my business so I know the in and out of the business. Thanks for all your advice master program will cost how much? How can I start? I am thinking of taking two weeks business course on entrepreneurship in Africa in berlin starting from 7th to 21st December. It cost 525 euro. Can german embassy still reject someone going for a course? From there I can do my business and come back home. Thanks. |

AZUH:Are u a civil servant? The reason u were rejected was because u had no plan, and u used an agent. Can u please tell us what kind of visa u applied for and what the reasons of rejection was? I mean how hard is it to build up something genuine? All I can see here is desperation. Nothing more. U can try daad.de ,find a course and some of them are tuition fee. Read all the pages of this thread if u aren't busy and then go to Germany in a straight way. Today business, tomorrow conference... doesn't work that way Just so u know, u can't convert a tourist/ business visa into a permanent stay so be ready to fly back here .... |

The two academic year don't tally bro. Since you said the person who typed it made the error, return it an then and let them correct it. Save yourself from any issue that may arise in the future. Prevention is better than cure. ajala20: 1 Like |

AZUH:One more thing if u had experience and by knew the in and out of business as u put it , u wouldn't have a problem getting a business visa. Self employed people with a genuine business plan and enough capital, always get their visas in one week at most. So inform yourself a bit, find other business men who travel and seek their guidance. I don't think the guys on this thread are in your line of work. Maybe that's why we can't help, or advise u. |

My dear peeps, I just want to drop this simple line on positivity as we move to Deutschland. Its the solemn words for diligence: "A good mindset will make you understand the importance of your work, and the only way to do great work is to love what you do; If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it.” Happy Holiday & Sallah greetings to you all. One Love!!! 6 Likes |
