Cause- there might be an upcoming problem or permanent problem with your powertrain (egnine and transmission). First way out is to run a scan on your power train. Second way is to fix the problem based on the scan result. If you need a scan and troubleshoot and fix the problem and you are in lagos. Call 08156087872 or 08165520837 bb pin is 7BE1C522

Where is your location?

when last did you service the car? Check light normally means problem with the engine (please do not drive that car like that) you risk knocking your engine.

According to mechanics my enginge sound is good,and wen they drive the car they even joke to me that i dont know how to use it...
Because my enginge is very very sound and alive.........

Bro please forget that mechanic kazeem and scan that car before your sound engine produce a kpom sound.
Even healthy and sound humans slump and die, talk more of a machine
E be like you never drive-park motor before only to go back in 30mins and motor no start again.

Scanning could be like 5k.
So purchase a scanner be it bluetooth or plug 'n' play.
Bluetooth scanner should be between 3-5k
Plug 'n' play scanner should be between 8-10k.
With these, you can always scan at your comfort whenever the check engine light comes up

i have been driving mine with that check engine sign ON for the past 2years.i travel a lot with it and guess what i have never done any repair on the car other than routine servicing.by the way its the same pencil light 2001 camry.i blow lagos to ibadan back and forth like there's no tomorrow.i only ensure regular servicing
