looks like you just bought it...check the the right side of your screen when dialing a number..click on settings and click on calling accounts, you will see the options there.

The difference between them is the RAM, Infinix hot note has 1gig RAM while hot note Pro has 2gig RAM.

The phone is a good phone, though as an android 1st time user it will take some few days or weeks before becoming familiar with the phone. As for no file manager, there are many file manager apps on playstore u can download (I prefer ES File explorer). The camera is decent too.

i've tried to change ringtone,bt to no avail

1.Has anybody been successful in changing ringtone.it's quite annoying!

Each time it does that, all files in my gallery goes black and some apps (like twitter, instagram, whatsapp) starts malfunctioning.

Please what can I do?

Damaged SD card is a problem with the SD card. Try inserting the SD card into a computer using a reader and formatting it.
If it doesn't work u need to replace the card

Thanks for the response, it asks for code for almost everything, if she wants to access her gmail,it says the same thing "confirm your pin".

You have to download a file manager from playstore. Try ES File Explorer

Am not really sure what code its asking for but since you as well don't know the pin code, I would advise you backup your files and data then reset the phone to factory settings

GO to Google play store and download what ever you want
