That only thing good about Osward Penitentiary (OZ) is the Yoruba actor, Mr Eko (Lost)...funny series though, but never ever compare it with prison break.

You mean Adewale Akinnuoye Agbaje who played the role of Simon Adebisi. OZ portrays the different gangs in prison. Aryans, negroes, bickers, home boys, muslims, etc. I've not seen any series that has the number of A-list actors like it. Not even Prison Brake. Michael Scofield appears to be too perfect.
