Why jump to conclusions about a stranger you don't know? Do you know if she has something burdening her heart and felt if she had a good meal and spend on herself she would feel better? And maybe that didn't work to ease up whatever is troubling her.
Many people spend money while they are unhappy, atimes buying things they don't even need. Some find it therapeutic to their souls and if it works for them well goodluck to them.
