I need help on the combinations of healthy foods that I can cook and eat week-in,week-out,without having to repeat certain meals over and over again. Presently,I have only 4 types of soup that I cook(okro,ogbono,egusi and vegetable). And I eat them with fufu,semo,wheat or poundo yam. Aside these,the other meals I cook often are rice,noodles and spaghetti(I don't like them;just eat them to put something in the stomach). What other meals can I add to my menu? When advising,kindly take into consideration the fact that I only have sundays to do any serious cooking. Thanks.

What standard sef?

Food is the cheapest commodity in North America (cant speak for Europe) or better Free when you can't afford any.

I'm tired of eating rice , yam, even meat & chicken sef. They just don't taste same as homemade ( as in Naija w fresh organic produce & meat products).

May God help some generation from InferiorityComplex that's all.

I. Was responding to someone who said we did slink off into the shadows instead of supporting someone we called our friend. I have seen that there was some deception, that's why I refrained from going all up in arms.

I wonder. DBking dey follow her yansh everywhere. What did this herz do to you that you keep hunting her up and down. I did follow this thread and this same person had often posted from Kitchen including where she pounded yam etc. So just one mistake people came hard on her. I had to follow this DBking down here who thinks and act like woman attacking everyone, especially female folks, without realising what he is doing to himself.

I want to send a warning to every lady on nairaland to steer clear of this DBking, he may use a different handly later, if you do mistake meet him offline, he will come on nairaland to disgrace. As you can see his post, Herz mistake was getting to meet him offline.
