I sincerely hope this is a joke. A right thinking teacher would not describe one of his/her student as "mad".

While the answer to number 5 is wrong, the Teacher deserves to be sacked. He or she has no business in the classroom.

By scoring 4 over 5, that amounts to 80%, does that translate to "Madness"? Teachers like that contribute to permanent damage to a child's psyche at sure a tender level.

Agreed. The L, D, H and letters will line all double lining in their small letters. And the G in "Original" (red) and "Go" (blue) are the same. Certainly an attempt at comedy.
