Those girls are kids, your children need to know they can confide in you, you have to make them feel safe to be able to do that, most naija parents are something else, so much that their kids only fear them, those girls may have been scared of what their mum may do to them and then there's the threat from the man, don't blame them as I have seen cases like this, they are victims please.

Last night on my way home from the office at around 9 pm, I saw two young girls (no more than 12 years old) chatting and getting friendly with a garbage scavenger.

I couldn't help hut feel those girls were in real danger. I just wondered where their parents and guardians were.

How do you send a 10 year old to a Grownass man's place unaccompanied by an adult? Even girls of 16 and 25 are still being raped let alone a girl of 10.

John is evil and must be dealt with severely by the law. But are we not overlooking something here: the girls themselves?

1. Raped for several weeks not a day, in the night, but day time and never shouted once!
2. When they were raped the first time they did not refuse to go back again and again for weeks!
3. Was he raping both simultaneously?
4. While raping the one being raped, she did not shout?
5. If the one being raped did/could not shout, the other child did not shout for help nor ran out for help, again for several weeks?

Friends, John either seduced them or used juju on them. Otherwise, those young girls enjoyed the money (due poverty) and / or the sex and kept going back again and again. Not one ever declined to go. Both were always willing to go!

If not for the physical bodily complaints they would keep going and we wont hear anything!

Corruption has eaten into our moral values and has sucked in our children. Many parents have failed in parenting!
