I never noticed where he stated that women should be denied Jobs. What I saw was that some women are given Jobs that they don't deserve while the men who deserve it are denied.

Everybody should be given what they deserve. If a guy deserves the Job it should be given to him,if it's a woman same should be applied. But as it is today there are some women that get jobs simply because of what they put on the table and it's TRUE.
