Please house, for someone going to the UK on business visa would her kid accompainging her be able to attend school while in the UK?

How old is the child? And what the validity of the visa? Upon your intended return, does child stay or return?
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by teeton: 9:48am On Oct 01, 2015
Thanks so much @Lexusga430, the validity is 6 months and the kid is 8 years old.

Thanks so much. Please do you know the address I'm meant to send the documents to in Sheffield? Also do you have their contact number?
Hoping to hear from you soon

1. 6 months payslip will do.

2. For spouse visa application the money comes from you as his sponsor, his earnings will not be needed, you need to proof that you are earning £18600 a year.

3. You submit not only phone call history but whatsapp, Facebook, Skype , emails...all means of communication both of you have ever used.

4. No need for a lawyer but if you have money to throw around then feel free to get one.

5. British passport

6. Your list of documents are good but yellow fever and letter of invitation are not needed, you need to add more pictures...wedding pics, pictures of both of you together before marriage, if you have ever sent him money or gift add the evidence.

Its the same address you have but remember that you need to submit the completed form and TB result first at visa center in Nigeria and ask them things you need to be sending to Sheffield because your sponsor will be sending the main documents to Sheffield from the UK.

Wow! When I checked Premier Inn, rates were like £60 - £80. I really wish I got lower rates

Price differs from day to day and weekends are always expensive, you hardly get knock-down price in London

@Justwise

I really commend your efforts replying pple on this forum but i want to ask knowing the facts that you have answered me earlier on the short course i intend doing in UK by April.

I want to know if it is advisable to pay all fees related to my course before applying for my studies because most of my funds are tied in UK and i wouldn't want to send the money to Nigeria, apply for visa and send it back.

In short,i have all the fees in UK and i intend paying so that the school can issue me receipts, then i can apply for my school as you said by january or February.

Pls what is your take?

Where are you at the moment?

Do you have a company account? If yes, go to your bank at the end of every month or instruct your account officer to transfer your salary from your company's account to your personal/salary account and describe it as i:e (September 2015 Salary) it worked for me like magic. Paying cash even though you still describe the transfer is really not ideal, ECO still perceives it as money lodgement because anybody can collect cash from anyone or anywhere just for the purpose of this; but if it is coming directly from your Company's account it is assumed legitimate and shows your company's financial strength and don't forget your Company's Tax clearance and Personal Income Tax documents or receipt which are very important.

Good luck.

Hello house i need your enlightenment again oh
I went to my bank and did a Nip transfer from my business account to my salary account....after the transaction , My business name didnt not appear on my salary account.. That the money was coming from my business account, Instead it appeared as "your acct have been creadited with 250k, details: nneka njoku(not my real name) instead of it showing my business name as the sender its showing my full name... The lady that did the transfer at the bank didnt describe the transcation.. Stating its coming from my business name.
There has been inconsistences in my method of payment
Firsty:i deposit 250k cash every month end as my salary ..for 4months now, Using my company name as name of depositor
Secondly:this mistake from the bank.. Showing my full name as name of the transfer receiptiant, instead of my company name
Thirdly: i applied for token for internet banking, so now i want to transfer my october salary using my token
but note that my salary amount has been consistent.. because every month end i pay the sum of 250k into my salary account but it is the method of payment that is not consistent.
By octber ending i would complete the 6month salary account i have been building.
And am applying for uk visa first week of novermber... I dont know if i shuld go ahead and apply or i shuld restart the 6month formation all over again. Thanks for your anticipated reply

Avoid any discrepancies when applying for UK visa, your application might be handled by an ECO who is thorough so avoid giving them a reason feel there is something wrong with your bank statement, if you can start again or ask a astaff at the bank if they can correct the mistake it will be better.

Your child cannot attend school on a visit visa. Please note, if the duration of your visa is 6 mths kindly endeavor not to stay there for the entire length of the visa, also make sure you do not tell them you intend staying for the entire six months at the POE.

I meant,i have a cousin that keeps my pounds for me in his acct in UK and I have up to the amount of my school fees in his acct already.Asking if it will be wise to tell my cousin to send the pounds in naira equivalent to my acct in Nigeria or Make him pay my fees on my behalf while i apply for my visa showing the evidence that all my fees has already been made.because he paid my school registration fees via online banking for me to secure my space for April 2016.

Please will it be advisable for him to send all my money i have with him in UK to my acct in Nigeria so as to apply for my visa or I still tell him to go ahead and make all payments while the school sends me the evidence of payment to present at the embassy while applying for my visa?

Thank you

Hope you preparing for your application?

Work seriously on your ties.

In my application, I explained every deposit/withdrawal from 200k in my statement of account, both company and personal statements.

In fact I shaded every deposit/withdrawal that could raise questions and made references to them in the same sheet.

For example, there was a contract letter stating the total contract sum as XYZ millions. 70% of the contract sum was released by the Institution less VAT and TAX leaving the company with 63%.

I highlighted all these in the statement of account and also informed the ECO that at the end of October 2015 the balance 30% will be released after completion of project. It was all written on the statement of account.

I also took a buusiness loan of 2.5M from a friend which was transferred in different tranches. After much explanation, I backed it up with the "business loan agreement" which was prepared by a lawyer even though my friend (borrower) did not bother about it, but I insisted we both have copies because I knew the importance. It contained 12 pages.

So my brother, be ready to defend any money that comes into your account and back it up with document.

UK visa policy is stringent, but straightforward as every application is judged fairly, rigorously, transparently, and on its merits

Same thing my banker told me, but I insisted it MUST be done my way. My monthly salary always read i:e September 2015 Salary from XYZ Company Limited. You are the CEO of your company, write a VERY powerful cover letter and be truthful about it.

As for your personal income tax, this is important, go to your state inland revenue service, meet with a consultant, you'll be asked about your monthly earnings from where your income tax will be determined.
