I remember people calling PMB an old man and insisting that the Nation needs the younger generation of leaders. What a laugh? Read comments on Nairaland forum and see how dark the hearts of the so called younger generation are with tribal hatred.
I weep for my beloved Country.

Unfortunately I can only "like" your comment once. Inside me I've given it a thousand likes.

Who will pay for these losses? It is ALL of you that are hailing this wicked act that will pay the final cost not the Igbo man. Watch and see!
Go to your mechanics and you will start filling the pinch, then you will shed your usual secret tears but cannot accept in the open.

We realy need to face Eastward. We can't blame it on lack of see port. Some of the most prosperous contries of the world like Switzerland, and Luxembourg are just "Landlocked" countries and yet Nigeria's economy as a whole can not compare to their's.
And if having a sea-port becomes a do or die then we are more than capable to build one even from a dry land, after all the "suez canal"in Egypt is man-made and yet Lagos port is not even as important or significant in comparison. All we need is the WILL !

I tell you.

This people don't know that igbos are wise.

I can still vividly remember how fashola demolished tejuosho market at yaba to build a shopping mall all in the name of Reconstruction.

It is almost 2years they have finished building and commisioned that tejuosho market. Infact, they have commisioned it 3 times, yet the place is empty, desolate and rottening. Make yoruba traders go collect the shop na. I always laugh anytime I pass there, you will see girls dancing while music is being played, begging igbo men to come collect shop.

Hahahahahahah!!! They should continue to demolish all the markets, no problem. They will demolish and demolish and demolish till they realize that there is no more revenue to collect.

I implore my igbo brothers to go start a huge motor parts market in the south-east were the whole of africa can come an patronise them, like how innoson located his motor plant in Nnewi. All this petty actions by the yorubas could turn out to be a blessing to Ndigbo at the long run, while they loose out totally.

Please, my people go to tejuosho market today... they are just paying security there for nothing, over 2years now. We don get sense.

Nice writeup nigga **thumbs-up**

Abeg na just one question me wan ask abeg.... Wetin make u comot for una land and come Lagos in d 1st place

If u can answer dat tor.... undecided

Tejuosho was demolished and rebuilt. But the billions sunk in that project is just rotten away.
Lagos state government cannot continue to play with it's revenue generation and hope to still be tops.

Honestly, l dont think "Ewedu" is good for you Eebos! grin grin
It seems to erode the small semblance of brain-matter in your flat.head! grin grin

Let me school you on Tejuosho Market
Yes, some of the stalls are still empty.
But this is a question of "Economics, Demand Vs. Supply".

The investor has set a Price for purchase of those Shops.
Some of the Buyers are responding Southwards (some have bought theirs).

It is common, basic ECN 101 that PRICE is a major determinant, in the Deman Vs. Supply Equlibrum.
I bet you, if the Shops were to be declared "GIVEN OUT FOR FREE" today, it will all be taken within five minutes of such declaration.

What that should tell you, ....if you are not the "typical, Eediotic, Ibotic dimwit" that most of you are, ....is that a day will come when the Demand for such Shop allocations by Traders, will meet the Suppliers willingness to give it out... AT THE EQUILIBRIUM PRICE!
But the beauty of the whole investment is that it is a "landed Investment" and if you guys are scholled at all, as opposed to these Ibo-Gala-Sellers that populate Nairaland, you should know that The "real value" of such Investment ALWAYS INCREASES WITH TIME!
grin grin

I dont have time to be teaching basic Economics on Nairaland, to some foolish Ibo boys whose only ambition in life is to "buy Lagos" and dominate their host.....
cos l know for a fact, that it is a PIPE DREAM!

Ala t'aja bala, inu re ni'igbe!
