Good Morning House,

Am a computer science graduate from the University Of Benin, with three years experience working in an Online customercare enviroment.
During my time in the call center i resolved mycustomer queries using available tools at my disposal, also I educated mycustomer on new products and services. I troubleshooted and escalated unresolved issues to the backend unit. Got customer feedback on usage of new products and services rolled out by the company.

hahahahaha....i definitely know u, but cant seem to place my hand where.....Its definitely not in school tho' cuz my parole no reach that comp sci side.....Relax my dear brother, some of us are actually looking for a job like u are, or planning to switch.... would suggest u combine CSR with HR, so relax ur nerves? okay? I wasnt laughing at u looking for a job, so chill...
