I understand your point. However, it should be noted that putting a cost estimate for a design might be misleading considering certain factors such as the nature of the land in the location the design might likely be built. There is a huge cost difference between building in a dry land and in a waterlogged area or on a loose sand. Other things to also consider are the labour and material cost which are also unique with the specific area. We do provide cost estimates for our designs(upon request by the Client), with the help of our quantity surveyors, using the labour and material cost of the specific area.

I'm sorry, but your brief won't fit on a 361sqm of land with the necessary setbacks.
