these are the reasons why mourinho is performing badly at the moment.
1) fair play policy means mourinho cannot buy the players he wants, because he has to sell before he buys. in other words, Chelsea did not strengthen appropriately. Mancity suffered the same predicament last season. The premier league is unforgiving and your have to keep refreshing your team to stay tops.
2) There is too much money in the EPL, it means the big teams can no longer raid the small teams and get their best players. it also means the so called small teams can buy and keep quality players. who would have thought Everton would reject 40m dollars tabled by Chelsea for the signing of John Stone. it just means that EPL team's are very hard to beat
these are the reasons mourinho is. not doing well at the moment.
