Hi All,
Few days ago my laptop started displaying this error code hpzsetup.exe requiring me to run a photo smart All in One series installation i did not initiate as this is already installed in my system.

My laptop is HP530, Windows 7, 32 bit Vista Business. The pop up is a nuisance and will appreciate a description on how to resolve this.

What was the last thing you did before the pop up started coming up?

I have been using an external mouse for a while now until it got broken and had to borrow my friend's mouse. Didn't quite work right as the pointer dances across the screen.

You are right the pop-up started thereafter even after buying a new mouse.

How can this be resolved? - hpzetup.exe prompt by HP

I uninstalled the program Photosmart C4400 series.

Yet to get the pop up again. Just hope this has solved it.
