uuspace: I am not a first timer, my two years visa expired in July this year.as regards entitlement to leave - i switch job as an experience professional, having over 9 years working experience hence we agreed on some terms before i took up the offer.though it didnt occur to me that this might be an issue sha, do u think i should get any supporting letter from the coy clearing this doubt? |

Portsmouth86: 1. Not necessary since you will be submitting it from the UK. 2. No need for a stamp as they carry all the info needed for verification. 3.https://www.gov.uk/apply-uk-visa 4. I don't think priority service is needed here as spouse visa application takes average of 3 months. He needs to submit the application online and offline as well. The same online form need to be printed out signed and taken to visa centre for submission together with all the documents he submitted online and his biometric details will be taken. He will be given an appointment date after submitting online. |

]Hello every one i need your Advice Last year november i apply for a uk visa, i was a student and run my own personal business, i submitted all documents to back that up, thou they agreed i was a student but i was refused based on the fact that my total balance doesnt reflect my income(though my account was not organized) I reapplied a week later and was refused based on the fact that i didnt state what i will be doing whilst in the Uk with my time, no proper intenary and that i didnt state where i have been buying my goods before i decide to go and buy in the uk( i actually gave them receipt of purchased goods and i stated that i have traved to Dubia) After that i waited for a year... Here are my issues My uncle runs a show every year in the Uk and i want to go with them this time. He said i can join them ,and that he will give me a work position with his crew.. Now my question is? How do i address my previous refusal prior to this recent circumstances Do i state that i am a graduate now and i work with xyz company now Wont dey be borthered of my previous business? Or state that i work with xyz company as part time and still run my business, because someone is managing it for me while i will be away... Please i need your urgent answer or suggestions[/quote] No one is replying me.... Goodday house |

Mixshantel: That will put you in a very bad light, you can't possibly depend that considering the fact that you have a record already with the embassy. |

Mixshantel: Mixshantel: Your application is sounding too desperate and you are likely going to get another refusal. The situation with your uncle is just an arrangement because in real sense you are not part of the crew neither are you a qualified make-up artist. |

justwise: ok great, thank you. You must be tired of me keep asking similar things, its not long now 1st week of November Im off to Lagos on 14th-21st October which initially i booked with Iberia however i had to cancel as my work cancelled my holiday, then they decided i could have the holiday so now I'm going via Virgin Atlantic which my airmiles covered the ticket cost having just to pay the taxes so flight direct was just £299 ( taxes) then visa £297 and this time I've decided to take advantage of my position as a travel consultant and managed a great deal at the Apartment Royale hotel & Suites in Ikeja So damn excited, just waiting for my passport to be returned with my Nigeria visa |
