ANNOUNCEMENT: UPDATE ON RESUMPTION DATE

It has come to our notice that the official date of resumption for both freshers and stalites has been adjusted from 2nd and 5th October initially broad casted to a new date owing to pressing need to so do. The NEW resumption date has been fixed  at 9th and 15th October, 2015 for both freshers and stalites respectively.

This, we hope, will for the umpteenth time lay the worries on resumption by my lovely members to rest. In the same vein, we urge all aspirants of the University to keep close to their portals as the admission list will be out any moment from now. Our better by far congratulations to them in advance. 

The Union wish to reiterate her commitment and dedication to serving you better. We shall continue to do all efforts humanly possible to ensure you get the best from the Asiwaju-led administration. 

Finally ,we implore all Unilorites to utilize to the fullest the remaining days of the long break to make good preparation for the new academic session.

DISCLAIMER: FALSE INFORMATION ON THE RELEASE OF
ADDMISSION LIST.
The Information reaching us has it that various social media
platforms have gone agog, with untrue information about
the release date of the first batch of admission list put at
12th or 13th October. The Union dissociates itself from this
false update and unholy practice of never-do-well people
who are out to destroy the hard-earned goodwill of the #
TeamPositiveChange.
The Union would ordinarily not dignify the untrue
information with a disclaimer but felt the need to do so in
order to put the the misguided ones back on the track.
We are however disappointed at the unsavoury comments
the untrue information had generated from some ‘pseudo
leaders’ within the shortest time it went viral. It would have
been appropriate for a cool-headed person to contact the
union officials instead of running negative comments and
becoming infamous with ‘vituperations on Unilorin
unionism’ by the day.
Finally, we advise you contact the union officials for
clarification whenever you are in doubt. This is the
hounourable path to tow.
