The primary reason why that money was seized lies on britt govt attitude suspect, such sums of money kept by an individual whether a Nigerian or a Britt will be alluded to sponsorship of crime such as drug dealing or arms purchase.
In the US or other developed world, it is only criminal organizations or urban gang keeps large sums of money on themselves.
