Good morning sir! The reason for d stream 2 ish is to allow corps members posted to war-torn states be able to camp in any of d peaceful states around! States like Borno, Yobe, Gombe, Adamawa, etc...

Also, states that have very high number of corpers also get stream 2. States like Lagos, Ogun, Abuja, Akwa Ibom, Niger and Oyo (starting with this batch)!

As regards d stream 2 states, I'm sure NYSC has announced the states! Anyway, the states are Lagos, Abuja, Bauchi, Gombe, Yobe, Borno, Niger, Ogun, Akwa Ibom, Benue, Delta, Kaduna,
and Adamawa!
