dont mind him....there is no need to format it..thats a BSOD(bluescreen of death)..caused by a few factors...mainly hardware..

I just got this Toshiba l35w 2 in 1 device brand new. The problem is the touchscreen is not working. It runs w8.1 and the backlight is not working as well

.my hp 630 charging indicator Fluctuates when the charger is plugged .....the laptop works very fine, turns on..only that it won't indicate charging light when I plug the ac adaptor .The laptop charger works quite alright.. I'v tested it with another laptop...pls what do you think the fault could be? And is there anything to do about it... And for the record, about 20mins ago, It worked quite alright, but now, its not coming up

make a snapshot of the error message.....and paste here..
u can equally check the update source...make sure its on kaspersky lab update servers

its quite technical on many points...but u can check for new hardware changes and updates...
better yet,do a system restore to an earler date...
