Rightly said. If there's any such thing as true love then it should exist and resonate without reason. When there's a reason for loving someone then it's not real. It's only subsistence so long as that 'reason' persist and as soon as the reason for 'loving' the person disappears the love breaks down.

To put it in perspective, if a lady loves a guy based on his money and the treats he provides or if he loves him for his intelligence and he suffers a mental defect and lose his wealth what happens to the supposed love? I'm assuming she'd take a walk out of the affair as the reason for loving him is no longer present.

What this means is that any love that has reason and explanation is questionable and unreal. If it's real there shouldn't be any influencing factor and should flow naturally.

In light of this, when next a person tells us they love us for so so reason there's a need to be worried. So OP, your babe is in tune with the real love if her response is sincere and she's not being evasive.
