Hi House, I was an applicant of mastercard scholarships last year but was rejected due to some reasons undisclosed to me. So this year I wanna apply again.
Pls do all american universities participating in the MCF requires those tests like SAT, TOEFL, IELTS, etc. I wanna apply to those american universities but have no money for the tests. What can I do?
Also, what about those canadian universities? Do they require tests and also hope their application method is not as stringent ans last years's. I really need to apply for this thing oooo.

I think U of T have started applications, go to the old website used last year and just click it, same thing happened last year and people didn't realise they av started, so just check!
