You have to address it to University Of Ibadan. All you need to do is go give those typists to help you include the addressing to UI at the top where "Recommendation Letter" is written..
Had the same issue last year and i had to go re-address it and they later collected it..

Please i will like to know whether it is out of the 4 PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH that we are going to staple on the documents, or are we to bring extra four aside from the one we staple on the documents?
