Inasmuch as I do not wish death on anyone, the decay of such medical centers round the country are consequence of the neglect of them by him and his contemporaries, else they would have been in a much better state and better able to handle medical cases. That being said current politicians and medical directors should pick a que and do their best whilst in office because they might fall back to these hospitals later. NB:Even John Hopkins cannot save a man whose time to die has come. |

searching4love: Only if you have never committed any sin from you childhood would you have the moral right to condem or judge others. No big sin or small sin, sin is sin whether you "tell a little lie" or steal 15 billion dollars you have committed sin. Like Jesus said "let him without sin cast the first stone" when a prostitute was about to be stoned to death. Now you see how Nigeria is filled with hypocrits like you. |

The hospital is quite a big one,and a reputable one too, but i think it's long overdue for repainting and renovation, the hospital management can do that. Actually am a student of Uniport, and am sorry to say that most of my school structures are in the same sorry state,i wish the govt will do something urgently about this. |

Alongs come this slowpoke (FF12 was the plate number) with a police detail and just like Moses in the read sea they parted traffic just like that. In the US, as far as I know, only the POTUS, VPOTUS and Governors are allowed to use siren in traffic. |

There was a Nairaland thread in which respondents were asked to choose between having a Green-card and a cash of 20M Naira. https://www.nairaland.com/2653669/n20million-green-card-which-prefer Many opted for the 20 Million while the wise ones went for the Green card option. Nigeria of today is such a mess that your billions can't save you if you are in an emergency medical situation. Alamieseigha is another very good example. Imagine the squalor of a 'hospital' where he died Wow!!!!!!! |

this is what we've been saying about the useless GEJ's administration. this was a university teaching hospital that was built and commissioned by OBJ after moving it from its previous site in Old PH township to its new site close to Uniport in Choba. that Hospital was World class then but jona came and negleted its primary duty only to fight Amaech. shame on you Jona 1 Like |

searching4love:Don't speak ill of the death. He stole and we all know that. What we don't know is the later end of his days if he finally found the Saviour or not. If u can't mourn wit those that mourns at least rejoice with those that rejoices or you just heave a sigh a go away. It's solely God's prerogative to decide who or not rots in hell. |

alexlee50: Their own time too is coming. I find it hard to sympathise with most of our leaders whenever they enter a fix, even if the good in me wants to. Millions of lives have been lost directly and indirectly due to their greed and selfishness. Millions die due to poor roads, poor hospitals, poor electricity, lack of portable water etc because some evil "geniuses " have embezzelled monies meant to ease the burden of the masses. Imagine, some are even holding on to people's wages that they have worked hard for! Owing civil servants and pensioners money is as evil as they come. |

He supported Jonathan even though he knew jonathan's govt was evil. He forgot that if u sow the wind u will reap the whirl wind. 6years is enough for a good govt to build and provide better healthcare system. Bayelsa doesn't have a good health facility both from the federal and state govts despite enormous resources. I can't imagine a former state governor leaving his state to sort for medical attention in another state. It is a anomaly. Going outside the country is reasonable. Not within. |
