The formulas in my post is a few packs, was given to me at birth in the hospital but am on EBF now. Just used a few when baby was held back in the nursery.

Any interested mama should holla cos some are expiring this year. Am not selling o but giving it out if you stay in abuja. There are a few feeding bottles in it too

Hello sabi mothers, pls someone should help me out with d issue of sterilizing bottles for babies. If i sterlize b4 going out, will dat last me gor a while day or i have to keep sterilizing? I use the milton tablet method. Ftm no easy mehn

Let me explain, the hospital I delivered in give out freebies to mother and Child. You go with nothing for delivery and leave with lots of freebies. These infant formulas & bottles were given to my child. Some were used when he was in the nursery and the rests were given to me to take home.

Since I am exclusively breastfeeding, i have no need for them and they have a short span. The only friend I have close by that just put to bed is also exclusively breastfeeding. So instead of it wasting, i decided to give it out to any interested mama who isn't breastfeeding or who is doing both.

The formulas are sealed and are infants ready to drink Enfamil & similac as shown in the pics. Cheers

Since u re using Milton tablet, it lasts for 24hrs. Just change d water and drop a fresh tablet every 24hrs.

Thanks ma'am, so once i sterilize my bottle for the time frame stipulated in the pack, i can use that particular bottle for the rest of the day without the need to put back in the water to resterlize for next feed?

U can start putting food for ur LO, I started mine when she was 1yr. Food like soft moimoi, well cooked macaron n spaghetti make sure its cut in lil bits not too long, mashed beans soft rice etc , i always add titus fish or egg to her meal. All d best . i

Call me paranoid(yea I'll gladly acept cos d fear of choking is real) bt I jst can't put food lik say rice yam etc for dem to feed her @ creche, I'll rather feed her myslf @ home wen I gt bk frm work. So for now we just take cereals, ogi, egg etc to creche.

Why not do formula instead of pap. you can alternate formula and breast milk, then eat very well - tell hubby not to complain but pump you with good food. Another thing that can make you loose weight is the stress especially if you're like me that is with the baby alone (no maid, sis or nanny). If yes then your husband has to really assist you in the house. Dont act like a superwoman, ask him politely for assistance in some domestic chores, since he wants the best for you - he will surely oblige. I personally do not subscribe to pap at 3 months. Well done!

My dear, na just to b eating fruits o. there re a variety of dem. Banana, orange, apple, watermelon,cucumber,garden egg,pineapple,pawpaw ,etc
