Pls someone help me, I became addicted to gionee m2 series phone due to it's long lasting battery, but it seems am paying a heavier price in another way, I lost my first m2 due to charge problem, the phone when plugged in to charge will be displaying charging but in actual fact it's not charging, I took to engineers but nothing came out of it, my second m2 charging port spoilt within 3months of usage, I bought my present m3 in April now it has started behaving funny, when plugged in to charge, it charges when it likes, but most of the times it won't charge, I am still using original follow come charger,
It seems gionee has charging problems, can anyone tell me what is wrong with these phones.

if have tried uc browsers, it failed me, opera has been the only browser to download it to this reasonable size...

Oh boy you dey stone age oo, use chrome to browse the website then click for ADM TO USE IN DOWNLOADING IT,
and you guys can search for the TWRP WHICH I POSTED ON A similar THREAD

My m3 charger got burnt, who knows of a better charger to buy that will charge my phone fast?

actually I almost abandoned the upgrade after downloading 4 roms of over one gig each, T8118 downloaded but could only extract 70+ mb, T8245 downloaded 1.20 GB out of 1.293 GB and stopped, all effort to finish the small remaining proved abortive, all the while I was using uc browser, eventually it's T8123 that downloaded and extracted full. And it's same way I have been doing it, I believe the problem is link related, If you download and extract any of the roms full u will have no issue.

yes that's exactly what I downloaded, T8123, have you tried it before? Also I used es xplorer to extract then transfer to PC, go on and give it a try. It's 1.15g

I used uc browser for the download, uc browser mostly doesn't have issues, re u sure it's not network issue, try using a network with strong 3g in your area.

I think the problem is link related not network, that link is slow, I have tried uc browser it kept retrying, I have used adm but can't get a reasonable amount out of it

yes I reside in Anambra, Nnewi to be precise, why not use another device to download, ie pc or another phone.
