I wonder how some folks reason.English is a borrowed language.Every human is fallible.You can laugh and make all mockery at a grammatical blunder when it is in your own native language,but certainly not a language u and I are still learning from.

How authentic is this document here?Even from my sitting room I can produce this and embed any signature on it.The pattern of the signature is not even smooth,looks like something that was traced.

Nobody is above mistake but after typing the document i think the secretary will return it to his excellency to append his signature since he/she cannot sign for him atleast the president should read before signing at that point he is suppose to spot the error unless he doesn't know the correct spelling bt no be grammar matter na the good policies that will better our economy and make our country great.
