Hello guys, please a question regarding getting your transcripts/cert. verified by the Min. of Education for foreign trained PCM. Is it compulsory only for those who graduated from Ghana? What if you schooled like in the UK or USA ? Many thanks in advance to anyone kind enough to give me an answer.

You have the right to worry and go through that stress if only your school's approval is in doubt. See portal for info!!!
It is strictly for Ghana and Benin.

Graduates from schools in Ghana and Benin alone. But if the approval of your school is in doubt when you didn't study in any of the mentioned countries (Ghana and Benin) then you have to do the stress.

thanks... im sure my skool is accredited as it was even on their website wen i was registering, it was listed there so it is definitely recognised... so i dont think i need to bother myself about the evaluation letter

Since your school appeared at the drop box, relax man!!! That's the only verification you need. You didn't school in Ghana or Benin. Unless you gat time and energy to waste in vain. Please check the portal again and see.

once you submit the required documents,it will take up to 5 working days to get ur letter @FME

Boss it take 2weeks apart from that a minor error was found in mine and I wasnt informed I had to call someone within the ministry to see if it will be rectified now my file might get missing please how necessary is this document in the camp., I have friends that did and have collected theirs can I use it as a sign of proof for my Institution...??

I just got the letter today @ (6pm/14/10/2015),I submitted last week Thursday (08/10/2015).

did u read the criteria for those that studied in west africa countries? Did u know what evaluation letter means at all? Have you submitted your docs at the Ministry of Education for evaluation? Answer these questions first so I can know how to start answering you

u need to check that ur documents are complete and that u haven't missed any registration step

yeah, could be. But in my case. I didn't need evaluation letterevaluation letter so didnt get it but that same notification was showing on my portal axcount until it brought up something about my application not being signed. So after i uploaded my signature, that message was erased

NYSC has demanded all Foreign graduates to get letters of verification from the Ministry of Education whose accreditation is in doubt. That being the case does anyone know how long the process is to get the required documents. This applies to students that finished from Ghana and Benin Republic...!!
