Hello, my p4 is having problems, freezing and restarting itself, but I think updating it to KitKat room may save the situation. Pls someone should send me a step by step process of updating my rooted gionee p4 to kitkat as i have found other information online very confusing.

Flash with philz recovery and make sure you flash all the patches.....

You download gapps from other sources. Just search for gapps on Google...

Thanks , I can't switch mobile data and also it doesn't read my sim until I reboot.

Mine is getting bad too. I had to bend charger to charge this nyt.

Take it to gionee shop. They'll do it. I've changed my charging port once
