fillers ke? a bar that took out his eye and killed the comedy secreted in his aqueous humour? grin

you didn't word the build up very well. if you have just added the word watery before comedy, that particular bar would have destroyed llaykorn. think about it - aqueous humour = watery comedy or watery joke.

some verdicts get me confused, so maybe you can help clarify some things.

wordplays and metaphors all make up punchlines in battle rapping.
so how is it possible that a nigga wins the wordplay & metaphor criteria, & yet goes on to lose the punchline crit?

because not all punches encompass wordplay & metaphors. if a battler keeps using personals that doesn't sting as his final punch, he would lose on punches......even if his wordies & metas are dopë!

of course, B-rabbit's verses when he battled lotto, lickety & papa doc were almost devoid of metas and wordies. just straight direct disses. .

maybe we see it from different angles - as for me, a rapper that wins the metaphor and wordplay crit automatically clinches the punchline crit by default. I feel the technicality of a bar is enhanced with a metaphor, instead of straight dissing..

B-magic for example - one of the best punchliners in the game currently laces 99‰ of his bars with metaphors and similes. .

Krone, what do I need to tune?
Your battle with Darkrebel is your best so far. You really gave him a run for his money. You had nice setup and less fillers in all your bars. The two things you really need to work on now is your flow and rhymes. Try compressing your lines and make sure that, at least, the last 3 syllables in every quatrain rhyme. If you can do 4, better coz 4 is the standard. Then as you make progress you can start attempting complex rhyming.

It's not compulsory to rhyme 4 syllables. .
3 syllables for better flow.. if you can master double rhyming to point of perfection, it would also be great

4 or 5 syllables should be by choice,. it shouldn't be a standard or emceeing would be nothing but a rigid exercise.

what about direct name flips?
some punches exist without wordplay & metaphor.

b-magic just punches. he does nothing else but punch. many people consider him too boring cos of his style. he's too monotonous.

Nah! 4 is the standard for a decent flow. Ask anybody. Double rhyming is ok if you can master it, but not necessary.

hehe.. Bmagic is like a human computer programmed to vomit verses..
i don't find him boring. .the real people that bore me are those emcees without flow and those who overstretch or have a lot of words in between before they get to their end rhymes . .- hollow da don, clips, dna, dizaster etc. .

Bmagic's flow and delivery is awesome. I don't understand why some people would hate on him? I see a lot of möronic comments on YouTube. .

The first one is only an assumed situation. The second one is a reference to the old tale of how the late hero died.

Now that the battle is over sir.. let me say that your assumption of Samuel peter not taking the blow against Floyd makes no sense to me. Maybe I'm getting you wrong though. And the old tale was about Indian beating Nigeria 100 zero in the 60s or 70s. It has nothing to do with Sam Okwaraji. Please don't be offended. I'm just trying to understand your bars.

and this is why the aforementioned rappers win most of their brawls. battle rap is now acapella. there's no point confining yourself to heavenly flows. they stretch so as to pack as much punches as possible in their rounds.

Bmagic's flow and delivery is awesome. I don't understand why some people would hate on him? I see a lot of möronic comments on YouTube. .

yea.....he sounds nicer than them but he doesn't win as much as the others cos his bars are strictly punches. charlie clips & co are more well rounded. they infuse hilarious jokes in their rounds. look at how charlie clips started his round 1 against tay-roc talking about his granny's food......this is why he almost always wins.

perfecto!
the cypha would actually make you realise that when there's a beat, these guys actually murder the beats with heavenly flows & UPS delivery. they all murdered that cypha. k-shine & DNA still did their 2 on 2 ish and it was fire!

I don't need to ask anybody. .I watch a lot of rap battles, & listen to new rap songs day in day out. .saying 4 syllabic rhyming is standard is misleading and preposterous..

even Eminem does 3 syllabic rhyming most times. ..same with crooked I and co. .audio and text are two different things. .what may be possible to do in textceeing, may be impossible to do in audio

anything more than 2-syllabic rhyming is fine. 3 is more than ok. one syllable rhyme like mode-9 does is a disgrace.

Quit calling my name and claiming fake injustice ninja.

I didn't trouble myself with your battle because you started acting out last time I voted in one of your battles, so don't expect to see me making a single ounce of effort in your next battle.

In life, you get what you give out. You have swayed numerous ninjas battles here so don't expect Ibime to stick his neck out for you when they sway yours.

You live by your own codes of conduct and you die by it. Ibime will not spend a grey hair over your matter.
