do you know...You might not get that Job, even with a Good Grade

for fresh graduates ,,good grades dont really guarantee that you get that job
aside graduate training vacancies..most employers would rather employ someone that has had hands-on experience
For instance, an employer looking for an Accountant will usually prefer to recruit one who can comfortably manage his finances with little or no supervision.
One who is proficient in various accounting tools because he has worked for years (even in a small company like ABC & Sons Limited).
They employer wouldn't want a Fresh graduate with no hands-on accounting experience (even with a 2.1 or 1st class). Fresh graduates usually require on the job training and training, as you know, comes with its own overhead.
My Advice:
Don't be to choosy. Everyone can't work at Zenith bank, Exxonmobil, Pwc or Nigerian Breweries at the same time. Working at ABC & Sons Ltd today doesnt mean you can't work at Chevron tomorrow. Be patient, it's not a race. Good luck Jonathan was once a Lecturer, same with yaradua....
You could apply and take up smaller jobs from small companies/schools where the competition is lower. Gather some experience and then apply to bigger companies/schools. Later on, your years of experience will definitely give you an edge over other job seekers.

DOMINUS VOBISCUM!!

Yeah that's true but even the small jobs sef, we have not seen. If u know anywhere(small jobs), I'm interested. Thanks

Please, how do you handle teenagers who are lesbian? They are in SS2....

It doesn't matter how old they start, it's what they learn and in what environment. My nephews go to one expensive (N1mil per annum for both boys) Montessori and the only good thing I see is that at least it's a safe environment and they keep the kids happy there, but half of the kids sounded like Fulbright Scholars and the other half sounded like they spent a looootttt of time with their uneducated nannies at home watching AfricaMagic. Meanwhile another cousin whose kids go to school (N450, 000 per annum) sound just as smart as the first group. Each child progresses according to the PARENT (who is the one that has the time to sit with the kids, go through homework together with them and reinforce the lessons learned in school). School gives them interactions with other kids (good) but a good teacher is a must (rare in these parts) but what they learn the most is from you.

It's really a hard nut to crack because its a foundational problem, but I think you have to first, counsel those girls, give them thousands of reasons to stop being a lesbian, back it up with biblical principles (am not sounding spiritual) and believe me its not a battle only you can win, you can also use the school counsellor as another way to help fight their abnormal psyche of believing lesbianism is normal, as this is one of the many reasons why most schools employ counsellors....and finally intercede on behalf of these girls, as you can't do it all alone, if truly you want to help them...and I believe God ll answer you, and watch them become your desired students....Its well bro...

Nigerians we are so quick to throw evrything towards spirituality
I do agree with a lot of what "babawere" said tho but must prayer still b added Prayer should b a personal thing n not as if that's what it should do. So if a child is convulsing in d school I am sure d likes of some teachers here would start casting n binding...instead of rushing d child for proper treatment. Lolz
Do u know if the teacher involved is a pagan?? Or a free-thinker? Or even a buddist.?? Besides the person is just a teacher asking how to handle the students. Not how to deliver possessd people. he towes them no spirituality (U may call me infidel,if u want). The profession is teaching(teacher) and not clergy(pastor or imam) .

Lesbianism is quite common with teenage girls infact most ladies (even here) have practiced it at one point or d other during their teenage yrs.
Playing with each others b r e as*** without knowing that its a lesbian act. I would have gone into likely causes but that will too lengthy..so I would just add a little to d soln that "babawere" has already said.
The students need thorough councelling. Most school these days don't have a councellor so u would hav to play d disappointed father and counsel them,,if possible discuss it with a female teacher that the students like and let her be d one to do the counselling..(Not those female teachers wey u go tell somtin n d whole sch go hear am in approximately 12 n half minutes o).
Then keep a close eye on them n tell them to desist from watching porn cos that's one of the major causes. (Don't just tell them,,bring out d disadvantages )
