Can't help but share. The use of waist trainers recently became a fashion craze in Nigeria with Beat f.m celebrity OAP Toolz championing the course. However there are negative effects of using waste trainers which is captured by this image. Where a Twitter user wrote @gbengaGOLD tweeted "Fine on the outside, crowded on the inside. Help yourself and take your stomach out of your bum bum!" Ewwww! Seems there's a lot going on inside that perfect hourglass figure.
