And if you are just waking up at 30, then you will be disappointed in yourself. You will regret wasting those precious years of your 20s by the time you reach age 30.

I resonate with that.

A wise man said, where we will be in 10 years will be determined by the type of friends we keep and types of books we read. I am a testimony of what reading good books can do to ones mindset. Currently reading "Social Intelligence" by Daniel Goleman.

Mistakes are part of life, afterall we are not born with a life manual. Regret won't change anything , it will only stagnate you. You have to put regret aside and think how to attain the kind of life you really desire. My book , OVERCOMING THE OBSTACLES TO SUCCESS IN LIFE will be of immense benefit to you. Also try to lay your hand on some of the books I listed. Also note that Stephen covey's book is 7 habits of highly effective people not 7 habits of highly successful people. I didn't discover that error until the post got to the font page and it is more possible to edit. You can also contact me on whatsapp for one on one chat. IT IS NOT TOO LATE TO BECOME WHAT YOU MIGHT HAVE BEING.

Nice write up. Talking about books, those books are a must read. But Richest Man in babylon teaches you to be stingy lol
The books teaches how to live within your means, paying yourself first, investment, making plans for the future. If that is your own definition of being stingy, I will love to continue being stingy.

Lists are easy to write.....nice one op
But coming to the real world...it all depends on the niche you were raised from(that determines your start)....some people made it in the reverse of this list you know.
Its not always about you thinking(its about the circumstance open to you)......
My addings...Always be prepared, don't stop moving, grow yourself in all aspect you can(if you are lucky, you will hit it or maybe not...At least you did your best
We all have a high probability to be lucky, once we are prepared for the opporunities. The article is trying to teach young people how to be prepared for success. The age range 20 to 30 can also be referred to as an opportunity. A wise man defined luck as what happens when preparation meets opportunity.

hahaa!!Mr man!I see that omnium gatherum of mumbo jumbo above as a typical forbisen of incommunicado. the postulate isn't immaculate talkless of being impeccable "ampersand" it isn't conveying any modicum of sense.sorry to say this, but your amigo is conspicuously trying to captivate on the ostensible conception which is you being at the nadir of grammatical knowledge to subjugate you.besides, the use of "obfuscate" in that locution is frivolous.ipso facto,it's a perspicuously pellucid fact your friend lacks the grammatical proficiency to indite a faux pas and parapraxis-free tirade.no offense intended bro!

Am not regretting, am moving forward with optimism(have passed the 'regret' stage).

Nice write up bro! I'm actually facing number 3 now at home, its frustrating me!...my parent actually got a job for me in a filling station in my area...some guys that are not even up to my level in that my same area never works there or apply for the job! Do you think I should accept the offer? Won't these drop my personality reputation or downgrade me?
