The Eze Ndigbo of Akure is not a king in Akure. He's the leader of the Igbo community in Akure who was so appointed by the Deji in council the same way titled and ceremonial chiefs are appointed in the city. He can't be accorded the same respect that a visiting king of another territory will be accorded.
