Make use of GTBank or Zenith Bank or UBA or Diamond.

In my opinion the era of Nigerian banks going bankrupt is over. You should be aware that all the commercial banks abide by what is called minimum reserve requirement which is kept with the central bank and besides all the banks currently operating in Nigeria are financially healthy if otherwise they wouldn't be in operation. However in the case of a bank operating at a loss or not doing well in business.... What you will experience is that the bank will be acquired by another good performing bank and all the customer's deposits will still be safe and functional In the new bank..... Example former Enterprise bank has now been acquired by Heritage bank.... The customers of the former bank still have their deposit safe under Heritage bank.

Your bank savings are insured by the NDIC Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation. Deposit insurance limit is 500k for commercial banks while for MFBs its 500k. What this means is, if your account balance is less than or equal to 500k, you'll get paid in full. If your account balance exceeds this, you'll get paid your 500k, but you'll rank as an unsecured creditor for the balance and get your money as the assets of the bank are realised.

As per Keystone, population of teeming custom do not guarantee stability. What matters most is their portfolio of investments.

So, keep on using your Keystone..... Take a cue from Wema bank.... Still strong and pressing on.
