With precision I believe an agency headed by this thoroughly trained graduate will quash any form of threat before they even manifest!

I want to use this opportunity to declare my intention to run for the position of the governorship candidate for any of the states in the GOLDEN CITY. This is subject to your approval and endorsement!

There will be no governorship seats because Golden City is an entity of a state with no sub-region(s)..
However, the city will be headed by the president and his cabinet ( ministers and other executives).

Seconded.... There is something special bout PCM's of A16 and we will find out very soon By His Grace... So "Golden City" is not bad at all.... Just like Nigeria proposed "Centenary City" we can adopt that if we achieve a major milestone along the line....
