Sept 17 ASUU and SSANU begin a nationwide strike Sept 27 Education minister, calls for dialogue between the government and the striking lecturers October 4 Northern lecturers give a press conference, in which the they claim they were never on strike, and further stress, that ASUU has been factionalised by the Southwest October 15 The President calls for an immediate end to the strike, or consequences will meet the dissident lecturers October 30 The SW ASUU start a road march to generate support for their course. At a section on the road they meet the police forces, who urge them to return to the classrooms or face the wrath of the law. The police open fire on the lecturers, as the lecturers decide to call their bluff November 7 An inquiry is ordered by the Senate to find out the cause of the death of 15 lecturers, which emanated from a police shootout in Lagos November 23 The senate concludes the inquiry, and releases its findings on the floor of the house. They discover, that the police actually used rubber bullets, and that the unfortunate lecturers died of chronic heart failure November 27 SW ASUU and SW NLC, disregard and reject the findings of the inquiry, calling for a fresh investigation into the deaths of the lecturers and the government's acknowledgement and acceptance of their demands December 5 The president, who has not been seen in the public domain, for a month and a half, is pronounced dead by the CCTV network, who claim the President slumped, in the midst of a heated argument with his vice and members of the SW APC. December 13 The President, through his spokesman, and his SGF, deny the news and claim it is from a malicious network, working in cohorts with enemies of the government December 18 The Vice President, while at a public function, confesses, that he has not seen the President in a month, and is unaware of the true state of health of the President December 23 Large scale protests begin at the Gani Fawehmi park, and end at the Lagos state House, where Govenor Ambode, gives his support, and calls for the Executive to tell Nigerians the truth December 25 At a public function, where the Vice President, is giving a speech at a popular church in Abuja, a bomb goes off, which forces the church to collapse December 26 News reports claim, that both the President and the vice President are dead, leaving a vaccum. The SGF and the media spokesman, claim the news is false December 30 The SW SSA to the President and the SA to the vice President, confess to media houses that both the President and his vice are dead, and that the vice President was murdered by northerners loyal to the katsina mafia January 3 Large scale pogroms begin in Nassarawa, Kebbi, Katsina, Kaduna and Niger. Scores of Southerners, especially those from the southwest are reported to have been murdered by their northern neighbors January 11 A popular Muslim cleric from Katsina, calls for Islamic jihad against non-northerners, which. culminates in a second pogrom. This time around fatalities are recorded in the southwest, but surprisingly, it is the hosts, at the hands of their guests Jan 13 Northern Muslim clerics call for the continuous military support for the islamists, in the southwest January 20 While at a public discussion, into peace initiatives for the end of the violent attacks, the ex-president OBJ is shot down dead by a masked man, who also self detonates a bomb January 21 Military men loyal to the islamists, stage an attack on both the Lagos state house and the house of the APC sage, Tinubu. The APC sage is hit by a stray bullet, and later on dies at the general hospital January 24 SW military officers and their northern counterparts engage in shootouts and house to house brawls, for control of the army. Thousands of SW officers are killed in the battle January 28 The SGF, at a press conference announces the death of the President and the vice President. He immediately announces the dissolution of the government, and the formation of an interim government, headed by him, until new elections are held Jan 28 Immediately after the press conference by the SGF, another one is called in Lagos, where the SW rejects the announcement by the SGF, and call for the military to leave the Lagos state house and the nation assembly. They also call for the intervention of the UN and foreign bodies February 2 The northern military officers begin massive statewide assassinations of top southwest politicians, which triggers large scale riots and ethnic fratricide. It is dubbed as the 3rd pogrom, by the north February 20 The northern military begins an occupation of all southwest states, which is resisted by the remaining southwest soldiers and the citizens of the southwest February 28 The Nigerian northern interim government declares war on the southwest, while offering the eastern and south-southern military officers and politicians a peace deal if they support their cause March 2 Civil war begins, with the Northern interim military group dubbing their campaign with the name " RANAR SHARI'A". |

At the start, I actually said this OP must be drunk. But I asked.... What is stopping somthing similar from happening and I realised the answer was 'Nothing' Nigeria as a united entity is long dead. Between now and actual federalism or disintegration, we will continue to be mockery of all nations |
