Lemme help out a bit. The record file is in form of a booklet but with few leaves. You'll be given about 6 of them. Ehen! You'll submit them back but you'll be given 1 for your self. It's nothing to worry about; you'll fill in details about primary school, secondary school and your ssce (and so on); it's not hard.
There is a department called 'Bursary', where you'll obtain receipt when you pay for your record file at the bank.
For hostel, there are designated banks (likely Unity), where payments are to be made. If your name was shortlisted, you'll then pay for Hostel maintenance;

Man! Am like so so so happy right now! My sis got admission @Estate Management and me @Computer Sciences! My mum [size=40pt]LITERALLY[/size] burst into tears....i and my sis are so happy right now! Now i believe there is nothing GOD cannot do...! I prayed and sowed seed for the RCCG convention that passed recently and also sowed for the new AUDITORIOUM @lagos..i guess GOD answered my petition. PRAISE BE THE LORD!!

It depends on where you want to swear them. if you chose to do it in Benin, just go to the court and they will do it for you. they have a prototype already to facilitate the process. But if you want to do it in Lagos, you can go with a format and tell the typist to use it. courts in Lagos may not have an idea of what the contents should be like. #just saying.
