You guys shouldn't get too excited about the spike in volume of OandO's shares traded today especially the crossed deal. Like someone already mentioned, only time will prove who made the right decision between the buyer and seller. What if one of the big boys got sick and tired of them Ocean and Oil clique and sold his holding to them. My point is today's trade is not sufficient to make any sensible deduction from. Let's keep watching trades in the coming days. Temper your optimism with caution. |

feelamong: Omo we dey drink oo . Cost of sales and financial charges dey do NB anyhow. Speaking about financial charges, I noticed that most FCMG companies had higher financial charges in their 2015 H1 result relative to 2014 which led to a decline in their PBT and PAT. This trend seems to be continuning into the 3rd quarter judging from NB's results. The banks seems to be a beneficiary of this. This kind of explains why we might be seeing more declines in the PBT/PAT of FCMG companies as opposed to an increment in the PBT/PAT of banks. #conspiracy theory #confirmation bias |

cadno: some said it was cross deal, let agree d initial 14m unit plus the 60m unit was crossed. what of d listed offer on mogan platform dt me and u watching during the trading time? as at yesterday some said the shark was behind d falling price because they want to buy cheaper, why are they rushing to bid today when d opportunity is there 2 depress more especially dis bear period. I hav no single unit of oando b4 yesterday, was checking their book over the weekend & monitor the stock until yesterday when I decided to speculate with the cash keeping all this while for some stock. picked some @ 9.30k with worse case Stoploss of 40% if thinz suddenly get worse with no buyer. |
