It happened to me in my first trimester, what I did was buy a bottle of ribena, then dilute it lightly with water. This I took for a while then I gradually started taking water while eating my meals, after eating, I went back to my ribena until I couldn't tolerate it again. If she prefers the juice, tell her to dillute with water so that she has enough fluids in her system. After her first trimester, water will become her best friend. Just hang in there.

try very chilled water u can put ice in it... Let her chew ice... I had my phases of water hatred...Iceblock nd very chilled water helped... As In my water was always in d freezer

Hi, its not healthy for her to consume this huge quantity of juice daily. She should try watermelon or suck ice cubes. I hated water too but I took lots of cubes. Well, if she is like me then that bitter taste will be there till she delivers, so she should work her way around it o! Try sucking on ginger

U don't know if it's allowed here but my Able mamas has anyone here used BELLEFIT postpartum girdle?

I used it & my belly is back to its pre pregnancy state it's been 9weeks I had my LO ( I can't post pictures o!, but wish I could) just thought I should share.
They have girdles For both CS and Vag delivery mamas.
It's a bit pricy but worth every cent I spent.
Tying the belly is a must for every mom and I wish I did after my first but glad I did this time...
I recommend it 100%

Babe, I do mash up when I'm pregnant cos NVp for me is throughout the Gestation period..

I used piriton, promethazine, vit B6, grated ginger in water, only took my ANC drugs at night, take sips of seven up, sprite & bitter lemon...

I eat dry yam & soak garri in waterr & sip it...

Wasn't a cake walk but got throught it cos nothing really worked & only managed to gain about 5kg in total...
