Am not surprised..,same yoruba traditional rulers sold their son to the hausa/fulanis for a plate of ewedu ati amala.., but what surprises me is why yorubas are abandoning their land and running to togo and benin countries because of threats from fulanis and their cows. This generation of yorubas are confirmed cowards and very stupidd... 7 Likes |

Aareonakakanfo: Aareonakakanfo, did you just state that such duplicitous, pirated handiwork was enough rebuttal as to counter that epic collection of mine of just a few out of many atrocious deeds of your Yoruba tribe? C'mon, you should be smarter than this. Just take one more look at that crap. It is full of incoherency and lacks the expected bite it was meant to deliver. That assemblage of inappositeness by one of your empty-headed, boisterous clowns is absolute bunkum and it's entirely vacuous and tangential to the Igbo Nation as to even attempt to ruffle her lofty achievements and accomplishments. That plagiarised copy indeed lacks substance; no creativity to state the least and therefore null, void and of no effect as to lessen the ignominy of Yoruba people. You know what, just bid me to show you once more the original post from which your disingenuous tribeswoman adapted her garbage from. But make sure you spank her thoroughly for doing a rather shoddy job for your 'sophisticated' tribe. And tell her to go back and produce a befitting rebuttal. This your 'rebuttal' is surely a no-no! 2 Likes |

True. Those poor village "Obas" collect bribe from Herdsmen. That's the reason they look the other way when there is trouble. 1 Like |

Not long ago I heard a story about how an association of villge hunters in the rural south west of Nigeria lodged a complaint with their chief about the fact that migrating northern herdsmen were TOO skilled at setting traps for antelope in their ancestral forests, with the result that a drastic reduction in the number of animals harvested by the local farmers was noticed over time. The chief summoned the head man of the migrating herdsmen, to discuss the complaint lodged by local hunters, who rightly felt that the herdsmen where taking away their livelihood. The head man reported to the village chief, and brought along an enormous antelope that had been trapped and tied up live for the chief's dining pleasure. Needless to say, a good time was had by all during that peace gathering, and when the aggrieved hunters again visited their chief to find out how soon the invading trappers would be evicted from the area, the only response they could obtain from the good chief was his thoughtful observation that the ability to hunt EFFECTIVELY is a gift from God, whose application must NEVER be discouraged by any mortal.
