[http://www.foxnews.com/world/2015/10/21/imf-calls-for-nigeria-to-allow-its-troubled-naira-currency-to-continue-to-drop/] is good, have a look at it! The IMF is pressing Nigeria to further devalue its naira currency amid uncertainty over the political and economic outlook for Africa's biggest oil producer and economy. Analysts said there's disappointment that President Muhammadu Buhari's long-awaited Cabinet list includes no economic stars. The naira has lost 25 percent of its value in the past year and the stock market has plummeted because of political uncertainty and halved prices for oil that provides most government revenue. Nigeria's Central Bank has defended the naira by restricting access to foreign currency and banning a long list of imports. The International Monetary Fund's Africa director, Antoinette Sayeh, said those measures are "quite detrimental." At the IMF meeting that ended in Peru this week she called for Nigeria to leave the naira to the marketplace. |

You know November is around the corner.........I hope you are ready to cherry pick.............. |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by PETERiCHY(m): 11:06am On Oct 22, 2015 |
angelo82: That will only be possible after DEVALUATION. For now CBN can go on with their SHENANIGANS |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by angelo82: 11:10am On Oct 22, 2015 |
PETERiCHY: But the stocks are not going down further to cherry pick price for now............You should talk to JP Morgan to bring it down small..........I need that effect for now so that I can jump in.............It seems Buhari will devalue the currency slightly.............. |

myjoy08: Your analysis of my preference is wrong and unacceptable...............I have my trading strategy and for it to work continuously,I need both bearish and bullish sentiment for profitability.............Use of the word ''Uncertainty/Inconsistency is very wrong and bias..........And why bring God into a simple communication..................... |

Born2berich: I concur with your opinion. I think it is uncle T mopping up after dragging the price down. This is a very common and illegal share buy-back technic in the NSE. I don't think Oando's result will be fantastic, if not, why the delay in its release? They intend publishing FY'2014, Q1, Q2 and maybe Q3'2015 at the same time as they did last year and SEC is not saying anything about it. If na small companies dey default like this SEC for don delist their head. |

angelo82: Sir, my opinion is a generalized one and not particularly directed to you. You can re-read it again "That is the uncertainty and inconsistency of our humanity sir. In all, God is merciful enough and plenteous in grace". Please stick to what work best for you 2 Likes |

Josh121: I'll still preach caution in dealing Oando. @ Cadno, How did my previous post create fear? Many are still licking wounds sustained dealing Oando. So it seemed then too, that it can only go up. Like you said, everyone trading it should set a reasonable exit price and don't bother buying if you are not in this train already except for long term (personal opinion). There is a news item on Oando this morning in the Leadership newspaper........A positive one. Can someone post it please?........device not cooperating. 1 Like |
