I have battled with this cramps since day one i started having period and till now no improvement,i feel so embarrassed when i go to hospital concerning this issue,as its a general thing but mine seems extreme,it could make me pass out and it feels am at the edge of dying...

Please anyone who knows natural remedies that is within reach drop your comments,drugs does not seem to work anymore...

Thanks dearie.. I Just need a D" or an "E" in that stupid course .. Make person no go extra year.. My gp don dey enter lagoon, make I upgrade am small from 1.9 to 2.3.. Third class is also part of grade..

Don't mind those my lecturers jare.. They gave me 4 Fs in 100level, 3Fs in 200level and 3Fs in 300.. I'm having total carry over of 10 courses.. Though I've managed to get "E" in 4 of them.. I just pray I won't get F again . Mhen skol is hard.. Well I plan to also be a lecturer tho..

I'd be focus as advised so that my gp no go enter lagoon again..Today, God know say answer booklets will be changed..God that turned water to wine, will change my answer booklet to good one in front of lecturer

Reduce your sugar intake, drink warm water once it's starts, you can also use hot water bottle.

Is not much of a problem,thats your body system i hv met quite few females with similer condition,but it goes immediately the person give birth.so suggest you take it easy on urself,you will get over it.#peace be to u#

Sorry mine is coming late but this is the best remedy.. 1. Take lots of fruits and water ..makes the flow painless 2. Indulge in slight exercise..skipping, jogging, or situps. Pain relievers goes along just fine.

OP, op u Neva do family planning. Or ask ur mom if she hasn't don dat on u on for some reason known to concern mothers. Some Ladies with family planning at tender age do experience this.
