seems DG sent CULs the way PMB sent ministerial list frm NEwyork but this time from sambisa (Borno) to NYSC ICT center in lagos. Moreover, it was sent by train. Be expecting it latest sunday, having it in mind that longest distance in Nigeria is bornu to lagos. Let bear wth DG
